This is my second attempt at stir-fry, and it's MUCH better this time! Frozen broccoli and carrots, chicken breast, a little olive oil, some sesame seeds, a little sauce last. It's supper yummy!

It took me a while to find a stir-fry sauce that I really liked. My current version is my favorite, and it has no fat and few calories.

If I weren't out of meat, I'd be making it tonight.

I'm a huge fan of stirfry because they are so easy and versatile.

I use mostly fresh veggies for mine. the trick with fresh veggies is to add them based upon their cooking time. So carrots and broccoli go in first, zuccini 3 minutes later, then the soft veggies like peppers, onions, mushrooms and chopped fresh garlic and other fresh herbs last.

I don't normally make a sauce, but I use fresh herbs (I grow them in pots on my deck). Basil, lemon thyme and oregano are a great combination.
