It's crazy faster on the Mac, especially in terms of Javascript performance. That means things like Gmail are crazy fast. Google Maps is snappier too. And it doesn't bleed memory like the old version.
I'm still trying to figure out if I like the way the address bar works at the top. On one hand, it's cool because if you type the name of a webpage in there (for example, if you type "HoliBlog" - it searches through your history for that site. You no longer have to type in a URL.
On the other hand, it takes up much more space than what I'd like.
My only complaint is that I like Safari's way of handling links to RSS feeds better. It's nice how it displays the number of new entries and then links to a page that can contain multiple feeds (if you choose "view all rss articles"). Firefox's decision to offer a drop-down list doesn't do much for me.
