OK, the one thing that I don't like about my house is that I don't have a place to build a movie theater.
As much as a movie dork as I am, this is something that I really can't wait to do. I want tiered seating with big couches that you can disappear into and a good 500 watts or more of sound. I want the nice sound dampening (and fireproof!) curtains, a popcorn machine, and for shits and giggles, a beer tap. I want to recreate, no, surpass, the experience of a real movie theater.
I need a bigger house.
Haha...good one with the fireproof curtains, wise guy :o)!
Well what do you know? I happen to have a shed full of movie seats, sound systems, projectors, pop machines, candy case, and popcorn poppers.
I win.

That is my ultimate goal as well. I have the room in my basement now. It is a perfect size, with no windows, and a wetbar.
It was a fun task getting the 61 inch television down the stairs. The movers couldn't figure it out, so it sat shrinkwrapped for 6 months. Then, when I worked at Best Buy, the delivery guys came over to look -- that didn't work either. My fiance's dad, brother, and brother-in-law finally got it down there with less than an inch clearance!
I bought two leather couches when I moved in (one with reclining seats, one without). Unfortunately the reclining set wouldn't fit down the stairs, so it is sitting in my livingroom covered up so the dogs don't ruin it.
Unfortunately, all house spending has been put on hold due to the wedding. So, the 70's orange and yellow wallpaper and carpet has to stay there for now.
