Planned and completed are two different stories.
I have only been making it twice a week. I put in on my calendar to keep others from scheduling over it. Of course, I end up doing it myself.
When I was losing all the weight I walked 1 hour each day. Now I am lucky to get 50 minutes in three times a week.
Hopefully my schedule will let me get back into the rhythm.
Who the hell schedules 9am meetings these days? ;)
I'm fortunate that the company I works for is enlightened enough that as long as the work gets done, they don't care that I usually get into work between 10 and 11 (granted, I'm then there anywhere from 6pm to midnight depending on the day...)
Oh god, look at your exercise all planned in there! I am so proud! (and jealous!)
Looks like my week.
I am always amazed that I can get anything done.
