Schwan's has become a lifesaver for us these days with Gordon working the closing shifts at work.
If you haven't tried them already, the enchiladas (both chicken and cheese) are excellent and go well with the mini chipotle tacos.
They have also got a new turkey medalion dinner with a california mix veggie that is only 210 calories and 5g of carbs.
Although I know you aren't eating beef much anymore, we also tried the new mini meat loaves and I like them better than my own meatloaf.
