Stephanie the full-time dietitian and home owner

For those of you who knew Stephanie through the Intertubes or otherwise, I'm happy to pass along that she's now a lead dietitian at a hospital in Colorado, and she just recently moved into her new condo as well. All in all, it has been a very good month for her!

And she wakes up to a view most of us don't. You know, purple mountains majesty and all that stuff you can see in Colorado. Congrats to her!

Pass my congrats on to her, Jeff. I'm seriously glad she figured out where she wanted to be in life and made the choices to get there.

And look how far you have come as well!

Well, there are a lot of vegetarians though, and not all of them eat right. Her hospital I think has some kind of religious affiliation too where they tend to specialize in vegetarianism.

Thanks for missing me, Neuski. :)

And Colorado is way more health-conscious than any other state I've been in (except maybe Florida where there's just old people up the wazoo and are always sickly). And yes, I work at a Seventh-Day Adventist hospital where our cafeteria is all vegetarian (but we serve meat to the patients because they're sick and in need of...meat?). I love it there.

I never wanted to work in weight loss or diabetes anyway. Very frustrating field. I'd like to end up in a school system.

So, there's my little update.
