Fuck... what happened to all of that variety in music? That's a lot of very different stuff from a particular year. Recent years' mixes are not nearly that diverse.

November 30, 2004, 3:21 PM # Amazing, I actually recognize some of those from our collection: Offspring, Foo Fighters, Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, Toad the wet Sprocket (and that is my fave), No Doubt. I need Ian and Gordon to drag me out of the 60's and 70's (and early 80's). Although... Ian recorded a good portion of "my" CD's from the 60's and 70's to take with him to college, so my musical tastes can't be all that bad.

November 30, 2004, 4:16 PM # Rusted Root, one of the few bands from Pittsburgh to even semi-make it. Great live show, although I could personally do without the trippy "We want to be the Grateful Dead and/or Phish, look at us get high..." attitude of the fanbase they drew.
