Cavs won. This might be the season where it happens.
Simply put, they can't have quarters like they did in the third tonight if they expect to beat Detroit. It's not any more complicated than that. The tempo difference was very visible. The fact that Lebron was on the bench is not an excuse.
Still, first conference final since the mid-90's, so it's about time. Should be a lot of fun to watch. I honestly think if they can pull it out, they can win in the finals, regardless of who ends up there. I think they're hands down better than anyone in the western conference.
Should be super fun to watch!
Heh. Detroit players only went to extract Artest. Point the major brawling factor at the Pacers.
But, I'm not saying the fan didn't initiate that. I think it will be a hard fought series, but Pistons in 6.
There will be no sweep in this series. Now I'm waiting for the "Guaran-Sheed" to occur.
I agree Detroit plays better team ball than we do, but they have their inconsistencies as well. Certainly Rasheed Wallace's strength is something we don't have, as well as Prince's incredible outside shot. But Jeff is right about the fouling. The guy just has an incredibly strong upper body and no one can stop him when he's going to the rim. THAT's why he gets fouled, not because he's a superstar.
